Naretoi Women Organisation is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to empowering Maasai women in northern Tanzania. We are actively engaged in four villages within the Monduli District of the Arusha Region: Orkeeswa, Lashaine, Lendikinya, and Ngarash.
Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty among Maasai women by creating sustainable pathways to financial independence and personal growth. We do this by offering access to funding opportunities, alongside comprehensive training in leadership development and entrepreneurial skills.
By equipping women with the tools and confidence to start and manage small businesses, we help them generate income to support their families, invest in their communities, and improve their overall quality of life.
At Naretoi Women Organisation, we believe that when women rise, entire communities thrive. Our work is rooted in respect for Maasai culture while fostering gender equality and economic opportunity for all.
